I’ve been program­ming for a long time. I started using Racket in 2013. In another 20 years or so, I hope to be good at it. We’ll see.

I used Racket to make the Pollen language for book publishing, and used Pollen to make Prac­tical Typog­raphy, the online version of Typog­raphy for Lawyers, and this book, of course.

I also designed the fonts used in Beau­tiful Racket: Trip­li­cate, Con­course, and Ad­vo­cate. The body text is set in Heliotrope.

My next program­ming project is a type­setter called Quad.

I live in Hol­ly­wood, Cal­i­for­nia with my wife Jes­sica.
