I’ve been programming for a long time. I started using Racket in 2013. In another 20 years or so, I hope to be good at it. We’ll see.
I used Racket to make the Pollen language for book publishing, and used Pollen to make Practical Typography, the online version of Typography for Lawyers, and this book, of course.
I also designed the fonts used in Beautiful Racket: Triplicate, Concourse, and Advocate. The body text is set in Heliotrope.
My next programming project is a typesetter called Quad.
I live in Hollywood, California with my wife Jessica.
